Private Health Insurance Claims (HICAPS)
We offer on-the-spot claiming via HICAPS for eligible services with participating private health insurers. Please bring your private health insurance card to your appointment. Rebates vary depending on your individual policy and level of cover. We recommend contacting your insurer before your appointment to confirm your entitlements.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, and cash. Payment is required at the time of consultation. No card surcharge applies.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible. This allows us to offer the appointment time to other patients in need. Please contact us as soon as possible if your appointment needs to be changed. Repeated late cancellations or non-attendance may affect future booking arrangements.
